About the Company

Our client is an established engineering consultancy delivering civil, structural and flood engineering solutions across Queensland. Their Land & Infrastructure team works across master-planned communities, land development and supporting civil infrastructure, partnering with developers, contractors and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

With a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support the construction-phase delivery of projects, coordinate documentation and maintain effective communication between consultants, contractors, developers and project teams.

Requirements

- Previous Construction Administration,



Contract Administration or project delivery experience within land development, civil infrastructure or master-planned developments.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, contract administration and construction-phase project coordination.
- Experience working with civil contractors, engineers, developers and other project stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation, actions and competing project priorities.
- Practical understanding of civil and land development projects, with the confidence to identify issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
