You'll work alongside a partner who previously practiced as an engineer, sought after for their expertise in procurement strategy, tenders, drafting and negotiation. You'll learn the contract and the engineering behind it from the same person:

- The client base spans government and private, across energy and resources, transport, defence and IT
- Front-end and back-end work, weighted toward front-end
- Direct client relationships

You'll bring:

- 3+ yrs post-admission experience in construction (mix of front & back end is ok)
- An appetite for front-end work and the commercial thinking that comes with it
- A plain language communication style
