About the role:

You'll execute content production and writing across podcasts, webcasts, video, website, email, and organic social media. Your core strength is the ability to take sophisticated investment concepts from the portfolio team and translate them into simple, compelling content that resonates with retail investors and financial advisors.

This is a hands-on production and writing role. You'll be filming, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing video and audio content. You'll also write website copy, craft email campaigns, develop social media posts, and produce thought leadership articles. You'll manage production workflows, keep content calendars moving, and track performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce podcast and webcast content end to end (scripting, recording, editing, publishing)
- Film, record, and edit video content showcasing fund strategies and market insights
- Write website copy, landing pages, and product pages that educate and convert




- Develop and execute email campaign copy and nurture sequences
- Create and manage organic social media content with strong writing and visual storytelling
- Write thought leadership articles, fund guides, educational resources, and fund flyers
- Translate complex fund mechanics and investment concepts into accessible language
- Execute content distribution across website, email, social media, and native advertising
- Monitor content performance and flag insights to the team
- Coordinate with the investment and marketing teams on content briefs and deadlines

What We're Looking For

- 4-6 years creating content across podcasts, video, social media, website, email, and written formats
- Demonstrated funds management or financial services marketing background
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills across multiple formats (social, email, web, long-form articles)
- Strong production capabilities: filming, recording, editing, publishing
- Ability to simplify complex fund mechanics and investment concepts into accessible language
- Proven track record building organic social presence
- Experience writing website copy, email campaigns, and thought leadership content
- Self-directed and proactive; comfortable working independently on production and writing tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Solid attention to detail and proofreading skills
