Place Estate Agents

Queensland

Place is home to some of Brisbane’s highest-performing real estate professionals, and behind every successful transaction is a Contracts team ensuring the process is accurate, efficient and compliant.

Based at Place HQ on James St, our Contracts & Compliance team touches every Form 6 and Contract of Sale across the Place network. Their importance in the process is high — and their value is even higher.

We’re looking for a Contracts Coordinator who is detail-oriented, commercially minded and confident navigating contracts, compliance and people. Whether your background is in residential real estate contracts, sales administration, conveyancing or legal administration, this is an opportunity to bring your existing knowledge into a specialist role with genuine career growth.

Reporting to the Head of Contracts, Legal & Compliance, you’ll work closely with agents and teams across the Place network, providing guidance and managing contracts from listing through to settlement.

The successful candidate will be based within the HQ Contracts team, working Monday to Friday, with a once-a-month Saturday shift worked from home and paid at overtime.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Act as the key Contracts contact for allocated Place offices, providing end-to-end contract administration and advisory support;
- Prioritise and process new listings (Form 6) and Contracts of Sale, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Review contracts and documentation, identifying issues and working proactively to resolve them;
- Conduct title and company searches to support smooth and compliant transactions;
- Communicate with solicitors, conveyancers, agents and other stakeholders on behalf of Place;

- Provide practical, best-practice guidance to agents and teams throughout the transaction process;
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements and broader Contracts & Compliance initiatives.

To excel in this position, you will need:

- Experience in residential real estate contracts, conveyancing, legal administration or sales administration;
- Strong knowledge of Contracts of Sale and the residential property transaction process;
- Excellent attention to detail and a robust compliance mindset;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders;
- Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills;

Experience with Form 6s, Queensland residential property transactions and/or conveyancing will be highly regarded. What’s in it for you?

The Contracts team is a pivotal part of the Place HQ service offering, and we’re committed to providing a role where you can build your expertise and be part of a genuinely great team.

- A competitive salary with the chance for consistent monthly paid overtime;
- A specialist role with exposure to transactions across the Place network;
- The opportunity to build on your existing real estate, contracts or conveyancing experience;
- Heavily discounted membership to Total Fusion;
- A collaborative and high-performing team that takes their work seriously — but has plenty of fun along the way.

If you’re ready to take your contracts, conveyancing or real estate experience in a new direction, we’d love to hear from you.
