Bonoc's Food Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to join our team at Charcoal & Crisp Lechon in Crows Nest, NSW. This is a full-time ongoing position for an individual who is passionate about preparing high-quality food while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.

The Cook will be responsible for the following duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure quality and freshness.




- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Supervising junior kitchen staff as required.

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Kitchen Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two (2) years' recent experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Shift Availability: Tuesday to Sunday

Pay: A$75,000 - A$80,000 per year
