Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a CRM Administrator / Implementation Specialist. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s CRM platform, with a focus on supporting legal and educational activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts and permissions, creating and updating fields, workflows, and reports, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and support the rollout of current CRM features. The role also includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors or external support when needed, and documenting processes and best practices for users.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and improve CRM usage.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, configuration, and customization.




- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to gather requirements, train users, and document procedures clearly.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills related to permissions, security, integrations, and general platform governance.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and ensure system reliability.
- Experience with other CRM platforms, data migration, and reporting/analytics tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of labor law or experience in legal, academic, or nonprofit environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in written and spoken English or Spanish.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in CRM administration, information systems, or related fields are preferred.
