About The Role
Reporting to the Curriculum Implementation Analyst, the Curriculum Implementation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of curriculum data across the University's key systems, including the Student Management System, Stella, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and the University's scheduling and timetabling systems. Working closely with the Curriculum Implementation Analyst, you will provide dedicated support to designated teaching areas and collaborate with Unit Conveners, Department Chairs, Academic Deans (Student Experience and Growth & Program Innovation), the Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic Program Innovation (API), and Transnational Education (TNE) partners to ensure curriculum information is accurately collected, implemented, maintained, and published across University systems.
In this role, you will support a range of curriculum implementation activities, including timetabling, unit availability, Canvas shell creation, class registration, class and unit cancellations, and other related curriculum processes. You will build strong relationships with academic and professional staff, develop a thorough understanding of curriculum structures and delivery requirements, and ensure curriculum data is validated and implemented within required timeframes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum implementation processes and may provide support across Higher Education (HE) and/or Transnational Education (TNE) operations as required.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work to competing deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in both a team workplace and in a self-directed capacity, including demonstrated decision-making ability
- Experience in a system based administrative role coordinating a range of complex systems, data sources and data sets and formulas, including a high level; of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in managing high level data – data entry into curriculum systems and creation of reports
Qualifications
Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience
