What's the Job About?

As the Customer Service Administrator located in Derrimut, you’ll be the face of our business! Customer service is the focal point of this role; getting to know our customers, helping them, and building long-term relationships with them is integral.

In addition, you’ll be in charge of keeping our office organised. Basically, you’re the office superhero we’ve been waiting for!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Being on the phones daily, talking to customers, answering inbound calls
- Greeting customers and other stakeholders who come to the site for meetings
- Managing invoices and entering data like a pro, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing credit card payments and receipting incoming goods like an extraordinaire
- Assisting in organising team events, safety committee meetings, milestone celebrations and more
- Being the go-to person for all things administration

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive and can-do attitude, you thrive in dealing with people daily
- Exceptional organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail
- A master of Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills—both written and verbal
- A skill in multitasking and thriving with variety
