Due to ongoing growth, they're now seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / MR Driver to join their team.
This is a hands-on role combining local metro deliveries, customer service and account servicing. You'll be out on the road visiting an established customer base, delivering products, replenishing stock and building strong customer relationships.

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative / MR Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing local metro deliveries safely and efficiently
- Visiting an established customer base and replenishing stock
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing friendly, professional customer service at customer sites
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate
- Loading and unloading products safely, including regular manual handling
- Completing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting routine vehicle safety checks and maintaining vehicle presentation
- Liaising with the internal team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Representing the business professionally at customer sites
What we are looking for
- Current MR Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in customer service, delivery, account servicing or a similar role
- Automotive, automotive parts, battery, mechanical or industrial product experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily delivery schedule
- Basic computer skills and confidence using handheld devices or mobile applications
- Physically fit and comfortable regularly loading and unloading products
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Please note: Due to the potential for this position to become permanent, this opportunity is not suitable for Working Holiday or Student Visa holders with working hours restricted visas
