About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless service experience. You’ll manage bookings, process orders and work closely with our operations team to ensure every delivery runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process, update and track customer orders in our transport systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships across your customer portfolio
- Collaborate with operations to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly




- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation

About You

- Minimum 12 months experience in customer service (transport/logistics highly regarded)
- Robust communication skills with a customer first mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident using MS Office and general computer systems
