About the Role To lead and drive success in the customer service team in the Australia and Recent Zealand customer care team, can be started with Australia team first and then progress to cover New Zealand, by facilitating various functions in a start-up team. You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day functions are running smoothly and driving excellence in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Spare parts ordering and management
- Distributor relationship management across ANZ
- Australia and NZ service and staff management
- Business partner management
- Offshore call centre management
- Resource updates and implementation
- Hands on warranty claims
- Technical support on appliances
- Implementing warranty on new products
- After Sales warranty and service offering
- Invoicing
- Project management
- ACCC escalations
- Warranty claim escalations
- Return Authorisations
- Standing service network across AU and NZ and Service contacts
- Manage network support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by Customer Service Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year After Sales, customer Service or admin experiences in Appliance, FMCG, consumer electric, retailers, Automotive Aftermarket, Car Rental, Property Management, Facilities Maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for AU.
- Flexibility with working with other Time zones
- Ability to travel interstate or overseas for work
