Role Description This part-time remote role as a Customer Success Specialist / Customer Onboarding Specialist at Delegación del Gobierno de Aragón ante la Unión Europea focuses on guiding current customers through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth adoption of services and tools. The specialist will welcome and orient new customers, lead virtual onboarding sessions, and provide clear documentation and training materials. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring customer usage and satisfaction metrics, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to relay customer feedback, support service improvements, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.

Qualifications





- Ability to foster strong Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service.
- Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM or customer success tools and basic proficiency with online collaboration platforms.
- Background in public administration, international relations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional EU languages are beneficial.
