We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Insights Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and transforming information into actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from various internal and external sources.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.

• Assist in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reporting tools.

• Conduct basic statistical analysis and interpret analytical results.

• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and analytical needs.

• Translate business questions into clear and measurable data analysis tasks.

• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business,



Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to learn new analytical tools and technologies quickly.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, academic, or personal data analysis project experience are welcome to apply.
