About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager and based in Homebush as a Dayforce Payroll Parallel Tester,
this is a fantastic chance to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation, supporting the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for ensuring payroll calculations, system configurations, and processes are accurately tested and validated prior to go-live.
Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
You will;
- Execute payroll test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct parallel payroll runs by comparing legacy system pay outcomes with Dayforce results
- Identify and log defects and issues in Jira
- Validate employee and payroll data during migration activities
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including PAYG, Superannuation, and STP
