We have made a clear choice: to continue building a permanent workforce and give our people employment that extends beyond a individual client engagement.

We are looking for up to four people to join our team as soon as possible. This is not a talent pool or market-testing exercise. The work is confirmed, and we're recruiting for full time employees. We’re looking for:

- Defence Logistics Practitioners — Level 2 or 3. You have experience supporting Defence logistics, sustainment or capability activities. You can work with stakeholders, understand the operating context and turn complex issues into clear advice and usable outputs.

- Defence Writer — Level 3. You have a strong Army background at the tactical and operational levels. You understand command intent and can turn complex material into clear plans, briefs, submissions and decision-support products.

- Learning and Development Practitioners — Level 2 or 3.



You have experience analysing learning needs, designing learning solutions and developing training products. You can work with subject-matter experts and translate their knowledge into learning that people can use.

Our indicative total remuneration packages for these positions range from $130,000 to $200,000, including superannuation, depending on the role, level and responsibilities.
