Job Summary

MESO Solutions is seeking a full time Design Architect to join its Rosebery, NSW design team. The role supports architectural design development, documentation, BIM coordination, and consultant coordination across a range of construction projects.

Salary

· AUD $96,550 – $105,000 + superannuation

Employment Type

· Permanent | 38 hours per week

Responsibilities

· Prepare concepts, design development, tender, construction, and as-built documentation.

· Develop architectural plans, drawings, details and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.

· Coordinate BIM models and documentation with structural, geotechnical, civil and services consultants.

· Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and NSW planning requirements.

· Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and certifiers during project delivery.

· Assist with tender support, design reviews, RFIs and construction-phase coordination.





· Review site information and construction progress against approved design documentation.

· Support documentation quality, consistency and ongoing improvement of design systems and workflows.

· Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required.

Qualifications and Skills

· Degree qualification in Architecture (Master of Architecture or equivalent recognised qualification).

· Demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation within the construction, geotechnical, or built environment, with full-time experience exceeding one year.

· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of BIM coordination processes.

· Working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and NSW planning controls.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· NSW registration as an Architect, or eligibility/progress toward registration, is desirable.
