About The Role
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position at 76 hours per fortnight (80 hours per fortnight with ADO banking is optional) available within the Diabetes Allied Health Team until 12/12/2027. You will be responsible for providing self-management education to children and young people living with diabetes, and their families. In conjunction with your multidisciplinary colleagues, you will provide a holistic approach to diabetes management for the young person and their family, helping to ensure that they and their family are well supported to effectively manage their condition.
