We are working with a well-established digital marketing agency in Brisbane with a robust reputation for client results and a genuinely tight-knit team. They are growing and after someone who can step straight into a portfolio and run it independently.

What you'll be doing

- Owning a portfolio of digital marketing clients; SEO, Google Ads, paid social, web, content
- Building trust fast and keeping retention high
- Spotting growth opportunities and confidently discussing spend increases
- Presenting strategy and results directly to clients
- Working closely with our SEO, PPC, social and web specialists




- Handling the tricky conversations without escalating everything

What you'll need

- Agency-side Account Management experience — this is essential
- Solid grounding in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, web, or a strong mix)
- A track record of retaining and growing client accounts
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing expectations
- The ability to run your own portfolio without needing constant oversight
