About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Content Producer to embed within Bupa's Digital team and help accelerate the delivery of its Search & Discovery roadmap.

Working across digital content, SEO and Search & Discovery, you'll play a key role in translating strategy into execution - coordinating stakeholders, managing implementation and driving content and technical updates through to completion.

You'll work closely with Digital, Product, Marketing, SEO specialists and developers to help improve how Bupa's products and services are understood by both customers and modern search engines.

From content optimisation and AI readiness to project management and delivery, you'll ensure work moves efficiently across multiple teams while maintaining quality and momentum.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, understands digital content and search, and thrives in enterprise environments where collaboration is critical.

Key Responsibilities

Search & Discovery DeliveryOwn the day-to-day delivery of Bupa's onsite Search & Discovery roadmap, coordinating work across Digital, Marketing and SEO teams.

Translate strategic recommendations into clear implementation plans and ensure agreed priorities are delivered on time.

Content & OptimisationCoordinate content updates across priority pages to improve SEO, AEO and AI discoverability.

Work with copywriters, content specialists and subject matter experts to ensure website content is accurate, structured and optimised for both customers and up-to-date search engines.

Support ongoing content governance,



quality assurance and implementation across the website.

Audit and prioritise existing website content to improve clarity, machine readability and discoverability across priority customer journeys.

Project ManagementManage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Coordinate approvals across Digital, Product, Compliance and Marketing teams, ensuring work progresses efficiently through internal processes.

Identify blockers early and proactively drive solutions to keep delivery on track.

CollaborationPartner closely with Bupa's Digital team, SEO specialists, developers, UX, Marketing and external agency partners.

Build trusted relationships across the business and create alignment between technical, content and commercial priorities.

Continuous ImprovementSupport the ongoing evolution of Bupa's Search & Discovery capability.

Look for opportunities to improve processes, streamline delivery and embed best practice across content production and optimisation.

About You

- Experience managing digital content or website optimisation programs within a large organisation or agency.




- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and navigating complex approval processes.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation best practice.
- Exposure to AEO, AI search or structured content is highly regarded.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused.
- Experience managing enterprise website or CMS programs.
- Comfortable working with developers, SEO specialists and content teams to deliver digital improvements.
- Able to simplify technical recommendations into actionable delivery plans.
