As our Digital Performance Manager, you'll be pivotal in shaping how we track, interpret, and activate digital performance data. You'll set up, optimise, and report on digital performance. This role is perfect for someone equally comfortable in the technical weeds of digital analytics and translating data into insights the whole business can act on The Role

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, the Digital Performance Manager is responsible for:

- Develop and Execute Strategy — Establish and execute omnichannel digital performance marketing strategies to drive sales and/or engagement and growth, including mid-to-long term transformation strategies and seasonal plans.
- Manage Digital Channels — Lead omnichannel growth channels including Paid Search, Organic Search, and Programmatic.
- SEO / AEO Strategies — Develop and implement SEO/AEO strategies including technical SEO, content, on-page, and off-page optimisation, directly shaping our digital and performance marketing direction.
- Optimise Digital Analytics Infrastructure — Own and optimise our digital analytics infrastructure across websites and platforms, including configuration and performance tracking across Google , Meta Business and other digital tools.
- Develop Reporting and Insights — Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase) that translate complex data into meaningful insights, using data and market intelligence to inform wider business decisions.
- Oversee Campaign Tracking — Ensure accurate attribution and audience segmentation across all digital channels.
- Drive Optimisation and ROI — Contribute to and influence budgets and optimisations across key digital channels,



working closely with agencies and partners to maximise ROI and hit KPIs.
- Stakeholder Relationships — Manage and collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders across all digital channels.

About You

We are looking for a Newcastle based energetic, authentic, and driven leader who genuinely lives our brand values. Beyond the resume, you will be:

- Experience: 4–7 years' experience in digital performance, analytics, or digital transformation roles, ideally in an agency or omnichannel environment. Multi-regional market experience is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Deep working knowledge of Paid Search, Organic Search (SEO), and Programmatic, plus experience managing Paid App Acquisition channels. Strong technical expertise across Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4, GTM), product feeds, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and ideally Looker Studio/Metabase.
- Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and budget management, with a high level of analytical rigour and the ability to turn data into actionable insight. Experience with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation is essential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels — internal and external — and project manage across multiple regions in a fast-moving environment.

- Skills & Experience

- Executive Leadership: 8-10 years in executive sales leadership roles within marketplace technology platforms, automotive, RV/caravan, fleet management, or travel ecosystems.
- Multi-Channel Enterprise Sales: Proven track record in structuring complex enterprise deals across B2B, consignment models, and corporate accounts.
- Global Scale & Regional Expansion: Demonstrated experience scaling sales operations across ANZ, the UK,



and Europe while maintaining high operational discipline and quota execution.
- Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of unit economics, marketplace supply mechanics, platform take-rates, and lifetime value (LTV) optimization.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Strong track record negotiating complex commercial terms
- Data-Driven Execution: High proficiency in enterprise CRM architectures, AI tools, sales telemetry, pipeline forecasting, and reporting metrics.
