We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused E-Commerce Order Processing Coordinator to join our team in Artarmon.
This is a hands-on morning role responsible for processing and preparing the day's online orders across our baking brands. You'll play an important part in making sure our kitchen and production teams have everything they need to get customer orders prepared accurately and on time.
What you'll be doing
- Processing daily online orders across multiple e-commerce brands
- Preparing and printing order paperwork for our kitchen and production teams
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and identifying any issues before they reach production
- Preparing customer gift messages, edible images, logos and other personalised order elements
- Working across multiple websites, systems and applications throughout the morning
- Coordinating deliveries and working with courier platforms, including GoPeople
- Communicating with our Customer Experience, kitchen and production teams to resolve order queries
- Prioritising orders according to collection and delivery deadlines
- Helping ensure every order leaves us exactly as the customer requested
What we're looking for

- Has an exceptional eye for detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Is highly organised and comfortable working to daily deadlines
- Can confidently manage multiple tasks and systems at once
- Is comfortable using computers and learning recent software
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Is proactive and comfortable solving problems as they arise
- Is dependable and punctual, as this role is an important part of our morning production process
- Can remain accurate and focused during busy periods
Previous experience in e-commerce, order processing or administration would be an advantage but isn't essential. Experience using GoPeople or similar courier and delivery platforms would also be highly regarded.
We're happy to train the right person who has the attitude, reliability and attention to detail we're looking for.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm
This is a casual position based at our Artarmon premises.
There may be opportunities for additional hours during our busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas.
