- Maintaining accurate documentation and observations of children's progress
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their wellbeing
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who brings positivity and enthusiasm to the workplace
- The ability to adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of children
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
