Role Description The eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator at STUDIO FRANCESCO CASILLO, Consulente del lavoro will design, develop, and maintain digital training content and courses for internal and external stakeholders. This part-time remote role involves creating engaging eLearning modules, configuring and managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring that courses are properly published and tracked. The position includes collaborating with subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective instructional materials, uploading and organizing content in the LMS, and monitoring learner progress and reporting.

The role also requires troubleshooting technical or access issues, updating and improving existing courses, and supporting continuous improvement of training programs and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in E-Learning Development and SCORM to design, build, and publish interactive online courses.
- Experience in Instructional Design to create learner-centered content,



assessments, and learning pathways.
- Proficiency in Learning Management and Training & Development to administer LMS platforms, manage users, and track training outcomes.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and basic multimedia editing for audio, video, and graphics.
- Ability to analyze training needs, interpret data and reports, and optimize learning solutions based on performance and feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part time setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Relevant education or certifications in instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or related fields are beneficial.
