Embedded RPO Recruiter The Role

This is not agency recruitment. You will operate as an embedded partner inside a producing gold miner, working across two operating sites, exploration and the Perth office. You are the face of recruitment for the client, sitting alongside their HR and leadership teams and owning the process end to end.

You represent Globe inside the client workplace every day. That means strategic thinking, operational credibility and the ability to build trust fast.

What We Need

Account management experience. You can hold a client relationship, manage expectations, run stakeholder meetings and be trusted as the go to person. You know how to balance delivery pressure with relationship building.

Project recruitment at volume. You have run high volume campaigns in mining, resources or similar operational environments. You can juggle multiple open roles across sites and disciplines without dropping the ball, and you know how to prioritise when everything is urgent.

Complex onboarding. You have managed candidates through layered onboarding involving medicals, compliance checks, site inductions and contract execution. You keep candidates warm and moving through the process, and you chase what needs chasing.





Remuneration and HR process knowledge. You have a solid working understanding of remuneration structures, FIFO and residential arrangements, and general HR processes. You can hold a credible conversation with a hiring manager about salary benchmarking, internal equity and offer construction
