Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Entry Level Software Developer / Junior Developer / Software Developer. The role involves assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of internal tools and platforms that support influencer marketing operations and client campaigns. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end features and APIs, fixing bugs, and performing code reviews with more experienced developers.

The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and participate in testing and deployment processes. The role also includes learning new technologies, documenting technical work, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with exposure to server-side frameworks and API design.




- Programming experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar).
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them to real-world projects.
- Basic familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in marketing, digital products, or creator/influencer ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-growing, learning-focused environment.
