About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Coordinator to help bring to life a broad range of events that make a genuine impact. From conferences and expos to community events and our annual Charity Golf Day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that connect people, strengthen relationships and support our purpose.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in West Footscray. Regular interstate travel is a requirement of this role.

If you're someone who loves the buzz of event delivery, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

- Coordinate the planning and delivery of a broad range of events including education days, conferences, expos, fundraising and internal events.
- Manage event logistics from end to end, including venues, registrations, catering, accommodation, accessibility requirements, AV and onsite delivery.
- Build strong relationships with speakers, sponsors,

exhibitors, suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Manage event administration through EventsAir, including registrations, communications, surveys and reporting.
- Monitor event budgets, process invoices and coordinate event merchandise, promotional materials and sponsorship deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance attendee experiences and continuously improve event delivery.

What we are looking for

You are a proactive and detail-oriented events professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering memorable experiences.

You will bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or event management.
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience using an event management platform such as EventsAir or similar.
- Robust project management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

If you're ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
