About The Role

We are currently seeking experienced and customer-focused Bartenders to join our Front of House team in a permanent full time or part-time role.

Working as part of our busy bar team, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, presentation and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in their service and enjoy creating positive experiences for our customers.

You’ll be responsible for delivering quality beverage service across our venue, working confidently during busy periods and contributing to the smooth operation of the bar.

Reporting to our Bar Manager, Bar Supervisors and Duty Managers, you’ll be trusted to work with a high level of autonomy while contributing to a positive team culture and maintaining the high standards expected across the venue.

Your day may include

- Delivering friendly, professional and attentive service to customers at the bar

- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintaining strong knowledge of our beverage offerings and confidently assisting customers with recommendations





- Working efficiently during busy and high-volume service periods

- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area

- Supporting promotions, live entertainment and events across the venue

- Maintaining compliance with RSA requirements, responsible service practices and venue procedures

- Working collaboratively with the wider Front of House team to create exceptional guest experiences

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:

- Previous experience in bar operations

- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanour

- Current RSA certificate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Availability to work during our busiest trading periods, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- A positive attitude and strong team-focused approach

- Reliability, professionalism and high personal presentation standards
