Signature Caravan Repairs is a trusted, family-owned and operated business with a strong reputation for quality repairs and outstanding customer service. We have been recognised nationally as Service Agent of the Year for two consecutive years.

We are growing and looking for a motivated, experienced Service Advisor to join our close-knit Forrestdale team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an key position within our business. You will be the link between our customers, technicians, suppliers and management, helping every job move smoothly from the initial enquiry and booking through to invoicing, payment and collection.

The working hours are

- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Friday, 7:00am to 2:00pm
- No weekend work

Caravan or RV experience would be fantastic, but it is not essential. If you have solid Service Advisor experience in the automotive, truck, marine, machinery or mechanical service industry, we can teach you the caravan side.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Greeting customers and handling phone, email and walk-in service enquiries
- Managing customer bookings and coordinating workshop schedules
- Creating and maintaining accurate job cards
- Preparing quotes and obtaining customer approvals
- Keeping customers informed about job progress, delays and changes
- Coordinating service, warranty, insurance and manufacturer repairs
- Working closely with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Processing invoices and customer payments




- Maintaining accurate service, warranty and job records
- Checking completed work, invoices and supporting paperwork
- Ensuring completed work is correctly recorded and charged
- Managing customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintaining organised booking and job-tracking systems
- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
- Completing general administrative duties as required
- Helping improve our systems, procedures and customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We genuinely want someone with experience who understands how a busy service department works.

You will ideally have

- At least two years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar workshop-based role
- At least three years of customer service experience
- Experience managing bookings, quotes, invoices, payments and customer communication
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence handling difficult conversations respectfully
- The ability to prioritise and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills, including confidence using databases and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
- A genuine interest in becoming a long-term member of our team

you will care about doing the job properly. You will take ownership, follow things through and never be comfortable with "that will do".

WHAT WE OFFER

- A salary of $65,000 to $90,000 plus super, based on your experience
- Experienced Service Advisors considered toward the upper end of the range
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Monday to Friday work with no weekends
- A 2:00pm finish every Friday
