POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Facade Director, the Facade Administrator is responsible for supporting the commercial, operational and technical delivery of facade projects from tender through to completion and handover. This role plays a key part in cost estimation, procurement, supplier coordination, material tracking, quality assurance and project administration, ensuring facade packages are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Acting as a central point of coordination between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, international manufacturing partners and clients.
The role is instrumental in maintaining accurate project documentation, managing procurement and logistics activities, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimating & Tender Management
Prepare accurate cost estimates, assess project risks, review tender documentation and support the preparation of competitive submissions.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Source and procure façade materials and services, manage supplier relationships and coordinate local and international manufacturing partners.
Project & Material Management
Oversee façade material tracking, monitor procurement and delivery schedules, and maintain accurate project and engineering documentation.
Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination
Work closely with project teams, consultants, suppliers and clients to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance & Customer Care
Support quality assurance processes, manage defect and rectification activities,
and assist with project handovers and customer care requirements.
Commercial & Contract Administration
Manage invoices, variations, claims and contract administration activities while maintaining project budgets and controls.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement
Identify opportunities to improve project performance, stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to knowledge sharing across the business.
REQUIREMENTS
You will bring
- Experience within the facade, construction, engineering or building industry.
- Strong understanding of facade systems, materials and project delivery processes.
- Experience in estimating, procurement, project administration or contract coordination.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with material tracking, project management or procurement systems such as Matrak (highly regarded).
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Previous exposure to international suppliers, manufacturing partners or global supply chains will be highly regarded.
