About You:

This is an autonomous role with the support of a dynamic and professional senior management team.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be offered coaching and support to give you the best opportunity to succeed in your role.

You will have the support of Industry experts such as external Quality and ACFI experts to achieve outstanding results within a supportive and solid collegiate culture environment.

You will be joining a stable and experienced high performing team.

Requirements





- RN DIV 1 with current APHRA Registration.

- Previous Facility Management Experience or Extensive Experience in a Clinical Leadership Role.

- Contemporary Clinical Skills and excellent People Management Skills.

- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of ACFI, ACQSC, Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems.

- Experience with budgets, occupancy and overall management of the Aged Care Facility.
