We work exclusively with commercial customers - serving hospitals, universities, and dental practices, primarily supporting CSD staff and Hospital Engineering Departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our medical technical service team are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Technician to support the installation, validation, servicing, and repair of our product portfolio throughout New South Wales.

We’re welcoming of people with similar track records in different industries which will contribute to the breadth of our teams’ experience.

The position will focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing the mechanical, electrical, and electronic elements of our customer’s Sterilisers, Washer/Disinfectors, Ultrasonic units, and other associated equipment.

The role is permanent and is Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Installation, Commissioning, Validation, Servicing, Troubleshooting & Repair of In Vitro’s medical equipment portfolio including; Steam sterilisers, Low temperature sterilisers, Washer disinfectors, Endoscopy reprocessors

- Customer liaison and reporting of equipment servicing and breakdown support

- Maintaining safe work environments and following safe operational practices

- Maintaining and reporting on spare part holdings, inventory, and usage

- Safety & Regulatory compliance

ABOUT YOU:

- Mechanical or Electrical background with a minimum Restricted Electrical Licence

- Experience working on the following equipment highly regarded; Steam sterilisers, Low temperature sterilisers, Washer disinfectors, Endoscopy reprocessors

- Disconnect/Reconnect Licence

- Current driver’s license





- Service and operational experience with tools and related instruments

- PC literate with effective written and verbal skills

- Problem solving ability and troubleshooting awareness

- Exhibit a adaptable approach to travel and working hours in support of our customer’s operations

- Able to obtain pre employment medical check

- Hold or able to obtain Police check

- Hold or able to obtain Working with Children check
