About Our Client:

Our client is a respected leader in the precast concrete sector, supplying high-quality concrete products to major infrastructure, civil, commercial, and construction projects.

What you will be doing:

- Coordinate daily work activities for yard and production teams to meet production schedules.
- Oversee the manufacturing of precast concrete products including mould preparation, reinforcing placement, concrete pouring, vibration, curing, stripping and finishing.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and raise issues promptly.
- Allocate tasks and provide guidance to team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liaise with production management to ensure project deadlines and customer requirements are achieved.

What you will need:

- Previous experience in precast concrete, civil construction, or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a hands-on environment.
- Strong knowledge of precast processes including mould setup, concrete placement, steel fixing, and product finishing.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes,



or willingness to obtain relevant tickets.
