About the Role

Infinet Service Logistics is seeking motivated and customer focused Field Service Technicians to join our Brisbane team.

You will provide onsite break/fix, repair, maintenance and support services for laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other ICT equipment across commercial and enterprise customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair IT hardware faults onsite.

- Replace and configure laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals.

- Perform installations, upgrades and equipment swaps.

- Manage spare parts and vehicle stock.

- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.

- Meet customer SLAs including 2-hour, 4-hour and Next Business Day response requirements.

- Deliver outstanding customer service.

About You

Essential

- Previous experience in IT field services, desktop support or break/fix environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.





- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Full working rights in Australia.

Preferred

- Experience repairing laptops and desktop hardware.

- Lenovo repair and warranty service experience highly regarded.

- Experience with enterprise IT support environments.

- Technical or IT qualifications.
