Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Broker role based in the Greater Brisbane Area.

The Finance

Broker will source and structure equipment finance solutions for corporate and commercial clients, including assessing client needs, preparing finance proposals, and managing end-to-end application and approval processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial information, liaising with lenders and insurers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing portfolio reviews,



and identifying new business opportunities across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret financial statements and structure appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Commercial Finance, including recommending suitable products based on client objectives and risk profiles.
- Understanding of Insurance products and their role in asset-based finance, with the ability to integrate risk management into client proposals.
- Proven background in equipment, asset, or commercial lending, ideally within corporate or SME markets.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and lending partners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple transactions, and meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or a related field, and appropriate industry accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
