Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and day-to-day financial management activities. The role involves managing budgets and forecasts, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow and business performance, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making. You will analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial indicators, identify variances and risks, and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

The role also includes maintaining effective financial controls, supporting compliance requirements, improving finance processes, and collaborating with business teams on financial planning and operational priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ability to analyze financial statements,



profitability, costs, working capital, and key performance indicators.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP, financial management, or business intelligence systems.
- Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial controls, risk management, compliance, and internal finance processes.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, practical recommendations for business decision-making.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality when handling financial information.
