About The Role The Finance Manager (Management & Financial Accountant) supports the VP Finance in the effective management, control and reporting of financial activities across the Group's regional entities, providing day-to-day financial oversight, accurate reporting, solid controls and commercially focused decision support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day financial oversight across entities in Australia, Malaysia and Dubai; supervise and develop finance team members
- Act as a finance business partner to regional management, analysing performance and preparing business cases
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and journals
- Develop and maintain operational reporting across purchasing, inventory, sales and work-in-progress
- Coordinate with external accountants,



tax advisers and auditors; support BAS/GST and statutory filings
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and reconciliations
- Provide financial oversight of ERP processes and support system/process improvement projects

Essential Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (or working towards)
- Experience with month-end accounting, reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments
- Experience preparing management accounts, financial reporting, budgets and forecasts
- Strong Excel skills and experience with integrated ERP systems

Desirable
- Exposure to multiple currencies and intercompany accounting
- Experience within aviation, aerospace, engineering or manufacturing
- Experience supervising or developing junior finance staff
