ABOUT THE ROLE A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Manager looking to lead a full finance function whilst reporting directly to the founder CEO and collaborate with broader SLT.

DUTIES

- Lead and develop a finance team to deliver an effective day to day finance function
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting




- Develop and lead a robust annual budget and forecast process
- Maintain strong attention to detail around cash flow management
- Provide key decision makers with insightful analysis
- Be hands on with compliance and statutory reporting requirements in line with AFSL
- Collaborate with essential operational leaders on various projects, initiatives and tech developments
- Take a strategic lead on process and systems improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Strong corporate finance experience
- 2 years team/people leadership and mentoring experience favoured
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong communication and an eye for detail
- Self-starter, hands on and motivated
- Collaborative team player
