Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring business performance, and developing financial models and reports. You will evaluate revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

The role also includes supporting management reporting, conducting variance analysis, preparing financial presentations, and providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will work closely with finance, operations, strategy, and other teams to ensure financial information is accurate, relevant, and effectively communicated. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a structured approach to financial problem-solving.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.




- Ability to analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key financial metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or comparable spreadsheet and financial analysis tools.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation concepts, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
- Ability to collect, validate, organize, and interpret financial and business data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify financial trends, risks, and performance drivers and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ERP, financial planning, business intelligence, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
