About the Role:
Blacklocks is looking for a standout Receptionist to join our thriving Ford Dealership in Wodonga. As the first point of contact in our business this individual must show professionalism, enthusiasm and reflect who we are as a business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and distributing phone calls and messages
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Booking services over the phone and via email
- Receipting eftpos transaction / cash handling
- Daily reconciliation of eftpos and banking
- Management of our fleet of loan vehicles
- Other general reception duties
The successful applicant will offer the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
- A current drivers license
- A willingness to learn
- A solid work ethic
- Professional communication - verbal and written
- Enjoys working in a fast paced high pressure work environment
- The ability to work well as part of a team
