About the role
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining reception, customer service and hospitality. You'll get to know our regular members, welcome current players and help create the friendly and social atmosphere that Recess is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Front-of-house customer service and member interaction
- Managing reception and the club booking system
- Juice bar and light snack service
- General organisational and administrative duties
- Keeping reception, the juice bar and shared areas tidy and well presented
- Supporting club events and functions
- Assisting with general club operations as required
About you
- Friendly, outgoing, reliable and organised
- Enjoy working with people
- Comfortable in a busy environment
- Want to be part of a close-knit team and growing club community
- Barista training and/or previous food and beverage experience would be an advantage
