Role Summary

Our client is a financial services organisation looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. This is a hands-on position focused on both building solutions and supporting team growth. You’ll spend most of your time developing applications across the stack, with a portion dedicated to mentoring and collaborating with peers.

Key Responsibilities

? Technical Development (Primary Focus)

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using modern cloud technologies
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js
- Develop user-facing interfaces using React and React Native
- Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices

? Team Collaboration (Secondary Focus)

- Participate in code reviews and pair programming
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency in:
- Backend: Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS
- Frontend: React, React Native, Redux or similar libraries
- Cloud: Azure (or other cloud platforms), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code
- Databases: SQL and NoSQL systems
- Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
