Position overview The Future Student Enquiries Coordinator reports to the Deputy Manager, Future Students Experience. They lead the team who will be the first point of contact for future student enquiries and will ensure phone, email, web or live chat enquiries. The role will provide high-quality advice on a wide range of future student experience activities, policies, procedures and guidelines and assist with the coordination of future student initiatives to support the achievement of the University’s strategic goals. They will work closely with other members of the Future Students team and with the relevant Central Divisions and Colleges, liaising with and providing services and advice to a wide variety of stakeholders.
