The Role And You

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Home Care portfolio, ensuring services are sustainable, customer-centred and aligned to raafa's organisational strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of a contemporary Home Care operating model that delivers service excellence, scalability, workforce effectiveness and long-term growth.
- Drive the transformation of Home Care services to respond to evolving customer expectations, market opportunities and regulatory reform.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team that fosters accountability, innovation,



continuous improvement and a values-driven culture.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that increase market share, client numbers, service utilisation and revenue across the Home Care portfolio.
- Hold accountability for the commercial and financial performance of the business, ensuring strong financial stewardship and achievement of strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management and compliance with all legislative, regulatory, funding and contractual requirements.
- Contribute as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic input into organisational priorities, reform implementation and integrated service delivery across raafa.

About You

- Significant senior leadership experience within the aged care, home care, health or community services sector, with demonstrated accountability for operational performance, service delivery, workforce management and financial outcomes.
- Extensive experience leading a large, geographically dispersed workforce, with a proven ability to build leadership capability, drive performance and foster a high-performing culture focused on quality and customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in Home Care, including a robust understanding of the Support at Home program, Home Care funding models, care management, service delivery and contemporary operating models.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and other legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to Home Care services.




- Proven experience developing and implementing scalable operating models, systems and processes that support sustainable growth, operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance, funding, pricing, forecasting and business growth.
- Experience leading business transformation, change management and continuous improvement initiatives within complex service delivery environments.
