- Set expectations around the quality measures for the level of service

- Knows the regulatory and compliance obligations

- Work with established network to obtain clients and drive revenue growth.

- The idea would be to do a portion of time doing client work, and as we secure more business to hire a team of OTs

Requirements

- 3-5 years experience providing OT to clients (disability / age care focus)

- Highly entrepreneurial

- Bright with positive people skills

- Lots of energy and positivity

- High level of professionalism

- Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
