The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused General Manager, Products and Services to shape a high-impact portfolio at the centre of Victoria’s business community.

VCCI is Victoria’s most influential independent business body, supporting more than 100,000 businesses across the state. As VCCI delivers its Destination 2030 strategy, “Solid Business. Competitive Victoria”, this role will be central to ensuring its products and services remain practical, relevant, scalable and commercially sustainable.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, Committee for Melbourne and Member Success, the General Manager will lead the strategy, development, delivery, quality and commercial performance of the Products and Services portfolio.

Key priorities include

- Developing an integrated product and service strategy aligned to VCCI’s future direction.
- Improving portfolio performance across revenue, margin, utilisation, productivity and service quality.
- Refreshing and commercialising products, services, tools, content and programs based on member and customer need.
- Strengthening customer insight, human-centred design, across the portfolio.
- Reviewing and integrating data, technology and AI to enhance insights and outputs




- Leading a multidisciplinary team across Workplace Relations and Wellbeing, Training, International Trade, Grants and Programs
- Identifying opportunities for partnerships, grants, programs and scalable service delivery.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience in product or service development and management, professional services, service delivery and will be highly attuned to CX and UX concepts. You will have strong commercial acumen, experience leading complex service-based teams, and the ability to improve and scale offerings that deliver measurable value.

Tertiary qualifications in business, law, public policy, international business, education, human resources, product management or a related discipline are strongly preferred.

This role is central to how VCCI delivers value to members and improves customer and industry outcomes. It will help shape the future of VCCI’s service portfolio, strengthen their commercial sustainability, and support VCCI’s ambition to be future-ready, influential and highly relevant to Victorian business.
