With a reputation built on technical excellence and strong client relationships, we're entering an exciting phase of growth — and we're looking for a General Manager to help lead it.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced sales person with a strong background in the AV industry to take the reins of our business operations, sales, and strategic direction. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the AV integration space from the inside — the technical realities, the client relationships, and the commercial levers that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the business across sales, operations, and client relationships
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion across Australasia
- Manage and mentor a small, skilled team
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring commercial and technical outcomes align
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, distributors, and partners




- Identify new business opportunities and drive the company's competitive position in the AV integration market
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ownership

About You

- Proven experience in the AV industry, ideally in a senior leadership, management, or business development role within AV integration
- A strong understanding of corporate/commercial AV systems, project delivery, and industry relationships (distributors, manufacturers, programmers)
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and develop commercial strategy
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the business at a senior level with clients and partners
- Commercially astute, with sound financial and operational acumen
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a small business environment where you can genuinely shape outcomes
