The Governance and Compliance Officer is responsible for developing auditing and evaluation tools while providing oversight and auditing of all Property and Procurement activities across Agencies.

The Governance and Compliance Officer works in close collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and in line with Fresh Hope Policies, legislative and regulatory standards.

Requirements

- Possess an administrative background relevant to the facilities / construction industry.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a facilities management or aged care organisation, over a minimum period of two (2)



years.

- Applied knowledge of trade service requirements for facilities management.

- Applied knowledge of relevant building legislation and compliance requirements

- Experience in auditing maintenance systems in facilities management environment.

- Problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Notable communication skills to comfortably liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail.
