We are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on ports and marine infrastructure, while also supporting multidisciplinary engineering projects within the resources, energy and transport infrastructure sectors.

Working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you will contribute to the planning, analysis and design of civil and structural engineering solutions.

The Opportunity

As part of our graduate program, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects. You'll support the design and analysis of infrastructure for ports and marine facilities, mining, energy, industrial and transport sectors, while developing your technical capabilities alongside experienced engineering professionals. From engineering calculations and technical documentation to proposal development and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Our Ports & Marine team mixes structural engineers, coastal engineers, and material durability experts who are enthusiastic about working close to the water. They work together to provide a full suite of Marine Engineering services including port planning, marine site investigations, port design studies, dredging and reclamation,



coastal protection, maritime structures design, dynamic mooring analysis, scour assessment and protection, and physical and numerical modelling.

Requirements

- Recently completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong interest in structural design and infrastructure projects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a consulting engineering workplace.
