Part-time – 3 days per week, with potential to grow to full time

Elo Architecture is a small residential architecture studio based in Belrose, working across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.

We’re looking for a capable, proactive and highly organised Graduate of Architecture to join our team three days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone with around 2–4 years of local architectural experience who enjoys being involved across different stages of a project. You’ll work closely with the directors on residential renovations and new homes, assisting with design, documentation, approvals and the day-to-day coordination that keeps projects moving.

The role will include

- Archicad modelling and documentation
- Enscape rendering
- Preparation of DA and CDC documentation
- Preparing and lodging applications through the NSW Planning Portal and other authorities
- Consultant coordination and follow-ups
- Preparing drawing packages and maintaining drawing registers
- Assisting with schedules and project documentation
- Drafting routine consultant correspondence
- Keeping track of project actions and outstanding information
- General project administration and organisation
- Attending site visits and meetings as required

We’re looking for someone who
- Has approximately 2–4 years experience in an Australian architecture practice
- Is confident using Archicad. Experience with Enscape is highly regarded,



but training can be provided for the right person.
- Has experience working on residential projects
- Has some experience preparing DA/CDC submissions and coordinating consultants
- Is highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows things through
- Is proactive and comfortable using their own judgement
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Enjoys working as part of a small team and getting involved in all aspects of project delivery
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to their own car for site visits and meetings

This is not a purely design-focused role. As a small practice, we all contribute to the practical work involved in getting projects designed, approved and delivered. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that variety and takes pride in keeping projects moving.
