Graduate Recruitment Consultant x3 – Farringdon - £27,000 basic - £50,000 - £60,000 OTE Y1

You’ll be joining a high-performing team based in a beautiful office in Central London specialising in the Tech sector, and here every success no matter how big or small, is celebrated.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our client’s team. You'll immerse yourself in sourcing top talent, fostering relationships, alongside thorough market mapping and research. From engaging with candidates to collaborating with clients, you'll be taught everything you need to know to become the go-to expert for all things recruitment and should hit your first promotion within the first 9 months of joining the business!

What your day will look like

- Calling and meeting clients and looking to develop qualified relationships
- Assisting in market research, candidate sourcing, and talent mapping.
- Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts
- Utilising internal database and networking
- Closing and negotiating deals

The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

- University degree educated with a 2:1 or equivalent
- A keen interest in recruitment
- Experience working in a customer/client facing role desirable but not essential
- Competitive mentality with a strong desire to make a lot of money, a sporting background would also be beneficial
- Recruitment experience is not required
